You can place an order online by opening an account with www.kitminiatures.com. Details about opening an account can be found below in the section 'How to Order'.
You can also place an order by telephone or by email. Details about telephone and email ordering can also be found below in the section 'How to Order'.
For those kits and models marked ‘Out of Stock', please contact us using our Contact Form, or by telephone (+33 (0)4 91 33 72 76) and ask us for further details about their availability.
All prices are displayed in Euros without exception and include French VAT at the current rate of 20%.
If your order is being sent outside the European Union, then prices will be displayed without VAT once you have registered your non-EU shipping address.
All orders will be dispatched within three (3) working days (excluding weekends and French public holidays) from the day following receipt of the payment for the order by Kit Miniatures.
HOW TO ORDER
ONLINE
Firstly, select the items you wish to buy by clicking on the “add to cart” button found with the details of each kit or model.
When you have finished selecting the items you wish to buy and are ready to pay, proceed to the checkout by clicking on the “shopping cart” logo at the top of the screen.
During the checkout process you will be able to review all the items in your basket. Select “Proceed to Checkout” to finalise your order.

New Customers – Open a Customer Account
You do not need to open a Customer Account to order online, but we recommend that new customers open an account to place an order and to benefit from all the advantages of our website, including pre-ordering online.
To open a Customer Account You will be asked to enter your name, your email address and to choose a password. Your password must have a minimum of 5 characters. For security reasons we strongly advise you to choose a strong password with more than 5 characters using a combination of letters (upper and lowercase), numbers and symbols.
You will also have the option to subscribe to our Newsletter.
By completing this form, you automatically open an account with Kit Miniatures. Next time you wish to buy from Kit Miniatures you will only need to enter your email address and password to retrieve your personal details. With an Account you can also update your personal details (see below).
Finally, please enter your personal details (billing address and telephone number) in the required fields (marked with an asterisk). Your billing address is automatically your shipping address, but you have the option to specify a different shipping address if required.
Please carefully ensure that your details are correct as they will be used to process your order.
Your personal details are important to us and they are always treated confidentially and securely. We shall only pass them on to a third party in order to carry out those services you have asked us to provide, such as to fulfil your purchase with us, or to send you our newsletter. Please refer to our Legal and Privacy Notice for more information.
Returning Customers
If you already have an Account with Kit Miniatures, you simply need to enter your email address and password and your personal details are then displayed.
Updating your Personal Details or Changing your Password.
If you wish to change any of the personal details in your Account, such as updating your billing address, or your email address, please log into your Account using your email address and password. Once logged into your Account you will be able to update your personal details, change your password, update your address etc.
The Next Steps
All orders are shipped to the address specified in your Account when you first registered. However, you have the option to ship to a different address by following the instructions to add a new address during the checkout process.
If you are paying for your purchase using PayPal, please ensure that the shipping address that you register on your Kit Miniatures' Account matches the delivery address on your PayPal account. We can only deliver orders that are paid using PayPal to the delivery address specified on the payment confirmation issued to us by PayPal.

You MUST confirm that you have read our Terms and Conditions before finalising your order.

Once your order has been received an email confirmation will be sent by Kit Miniatures. In addition, you will also receive a second email confirming your chosen payment option.
