We accept online, telephone and email orders. The payment options we offer are listed below according to your ordering method, (a) Online Orders or (b) Telephone and Email Orders.
Please note that all payment transactions are in Euros without exception.

ONLINE ORDERS
The following list of payment options can be used to pay for online orders and pre-orders. Not all options are available for every customer. When finalising your order, the list of available options will be automatically displayed according to your location and your billing address.

1. Credit Card - All Countries
We accept VISA, Mastercard, French Carte Bleue and e.Bleue. We do not accept American Express or Diners Club.
To make your payment you will be redirected to the secure website of our contracted third-party partner, “PAYBOX by VERIFONE”. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION AT ANY STAGE OF THE PAYMENT PROCESS. We also use a 3D Secure Payment system to authenticate certain credit card transactions, so you may be asked to confirm some additional security information before the payment will be authorised by your provider.
2. PayPal - All Countries
To make your payment you will be redirected to the PayPal website.
IMPORTANT - To comply with PayPal's own rules, please ensure that your shipping address is the same as the delivery address that you have registered with PayPal, as we can only deliver to your PayPal delivery address.
3. Bank Transfer - Eurozone Countries
Payments can be made by bank transfer in Euros from a bank account registered within the Eurozone.
You will receive a separate confirmation email with our bank details at the end of the ordering process. You then have 7 days to send us your payment, during which time your order will be reserved for you.
4. Cheque - France only
Payments can be made by cheque in Euros but only if drawn on a French bank account.
You will receive a separate confirmation email with details of where to send your cheque. You then have 7 days to send us your cheque, during which time your order will be reserved for you.
TELEPHONE AND EMAIL ORDERS
The following payment options can be used to pay for a telephone or email order or pre-order. Not all options are available for every customers. If you are unsure which payent option to use, please ask us when placing your order.

Please do not send your credit card information to us by email. Please telephone the shop with the information.
If you want to receive a receipt for your credit card payment you will need to supply us with an email address at the time of ordering. If you do not have an email address a credit card receipt will be sent with your order.

To pay using PayPal you need to have an account with PayPal. We shall send you a PayPal Payment Request (invoice) by email for the full amount after you have placed your order. You will receive an email receipt from PayPal when the transaction is complete.
