How to Order

1. Online

Firstly, select the items you wish to buy by clicking on the ‘basket’ logo found with the details of each kit.

When you have finished selecting the items you wish to buy and are ready to pay, proceed to the checkout by clicking on ‘Place an Order’ at the top of the screen.

A new window will open and you will be able to review all the items in your basket. Select ‘Continue’ to proceed with your order.

New Customers
New customers will then need to enter their personal details by completing the ‘required fields’ (marked with an asterisk). You will also be asked to enter your email address and choose a password. Your password must have a minimum of 6 characters and be a combination of letters and numbers. Please enter your details carefully to ensure they are correct.

By completing this form you automatically open an account with Kit Miniatures. Next time you wish to buy from Kit Miniatures you will only need to enter your email address and password to retrieve your personal details.

Your personal details are important to us and treated confidentially. Please refer to our Legal Notice for more information.

Returning Customers
If you already have an account with Kit Miniatures, you simply need to enter your email address and password and your personal details are then displayed.

The Next Steps
All orders are delivered to the billing address specified in Your Account. However, you have the option to specify an alternative delivery address if you wish.

Click ‘Continue’ to view your order summary including the delivery charge. You MUST confirm that you have read our Conditions of Sale before proceeding with your order.

Please check ALL the details of your order before clicking ‘Continue’ as you will then be redirected to our secure payment system operated by PAYBOX, and no further amendment to your order will be possible.

Through PAYBOX we accept VISA, Mastercard, PayPal, French Carte Bleue and e.Bleue. We do not accept American Express or Diners Club. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION AT ANY STAGE OF THE PAYMENT PROCESS.

Once your order has been received an email confirmation will be sent by Kit Miniatures. In addition you will also receive a second email from PAYBOX or PayPal confiming your payment.

If you wish to change any of the personal details in your account at any time, such as updating your billing address, or your email address, please click on ‘Your Account’ at the top of the screen. You will be asked to log into Your Account as normal and then you will be able to update any of your details.

2. By Telephone or Email

You may also place an order with Kit Miniatures by telephone or by email.

Telephone and email orders can only be paid for by cheque in Euros drawn on a French bank account. Please include your name, delivery address and details of your order with your cheque.

If you would like to receive a confirmation of your telephone order by email, please provide your email address at the time of ordering.
