By accessing and using www.kitminiatures.com, you agree to abide by the following conditions of sale, together with our Legal Notice.

These conditions of sale are subject to change without notice and apply to all sales made via the internet site www.kitminiatures.com.

European regulations prohibit the sale of MODEL CARS AND KITS FOR COLLECTORS to persons under the age of 14.

2. Ordering Policy

i. You can place an order online by opening an account with Kit Miniatures. Details about opening an account can be found by clicking on the heading How to Order.

ii. You can also place an order by telephone or by email and pay by cheque drawn on a French bank account. Details about telephone and email ordering can be found by clicking on the heading How to Order.

iii. For those kits marked ‘On Order’, please contact us by email (info@kitminiatures.com), or by telephone (+33 4 42 21 19 88) during our Shop Opening Hours, for further details about availability.

iv. All payments for online orders will be handled by our secure online payment system operated by PAYBOX. We reserve the right to require that payment must be made via the online payment system ‘PayPal’.

v. All payment transactions are in Euros and include French VAT without exception.

vi. When we receive your order, you will receive a confirmation of your order by email. A confirmation letter will be sent to you if you do not have an email address.

vii. All orders will be fulfilled within 3 days from the day following receipt of the payment for the order by Kit Miniatures.

viii. Kit Miniatures reserves the right to suspend any order and any delivery in the event of the non-authorization of the payment by bank card or other means. You will be notified by Kit Miniatures in the event of an order being suspended.

ix. Kit Miniatures reserves the right to refuse an order from a customer who has not fully paid for a previous order or against whom Kit Miniatures has issued court proceedings for the recovery of goods or payment. You will be notified by Kit Miniatures in the event of an order being refused.

3. Delivery Policy

i. Kit Miniatures dispatches all orders using the ‘Colissimo’ parcel service provided by the French Postal Service. All deliveries are insured and a signature will be required on receipt of the delivery.

ii. All orders are delivered to the invoice address specified at the time of ordering. You have the option at the time of ordering to specify an alternative delivery address.

iii. Delivery Charges & Times
The following charges will apply per order and will be added at the time of ordering. Delivery times are a guide only.

 8.50 Euros for delivery to mainland France or Corsica between 1 and 3 days 8.50 Euros for delivery to mainland France or Corsica between 1 and 3 days
 15.50 Euros for delivery to the European Union, Switzerland, Norway and French DOM between 4 and 15 days
 25.00 Euros for delivery to the Rest of the World and French TOM between 4 and 15 days
 Delivery will be free for orders above 150.00 Euros within mainland France or Corsica.

iv. Any additional taxes or other charges that you may incur following dispatch of your order will be your sole responsibility.

v. All despatched orders are conveyed at your own risk.

vi. At the time of delivery, please check the condition of the package in the presence of the delivery person and identify any damage to the package or its contents. If the package or its contents is damaged in any way, the delivery should not be accepted or signed for.

vii. If you do not accept your order due to damage, please notify us within 48 hours, with your order number and the reason why the delivery was rejected. You may contact us either by email (info@kitminiatures.com), or by telephone (+33 4 42 21 19 88) during our Shop Opening Hours.

viii. If you do not receive your order within the expected delivery time, please contact us immediately, with your order number, either by email (info@kitminiatures.com), or by telephone (+33 4 42 21 19 88) during our Shop Opening Hours.

ix. In the event of loss or damage to your delivery, any refund will only be payable by Kit Miniatures subject to formal confirmation of such loss or damage by the French postal service or its agents.

4. Right of Retraction

i. Under French law, you have 7 days from the date your order is delivered to return the goods to us without justification.

ii. If you wish to return your goods, please notify us immediately, quoting your order number, by email (info@kitminiatures.com), or by telephone (+33 4 42 21 19 88) during our Shop Opening Hours.

iii. Such returns must be sent, at your expense, with a copy of the order confirmation, to the following address: Kit Miniatures, 8 rue de Montigny, 13100 Aix-en-Provence, France. You must return your package by registered post.

iv. All goods must be returned in their original condition and in their original packaging.

v. On satisfactory receipt of the returned goods by Kit Miniatures, you will be refunded the cost of the goods, excluding delivery costs, within thirty (30) days.

vi. The sums will be refunded by the same means that the original payment was received by Kit Miniatures.

5. After-Sales Service

i. We endeavour to ensure that all kits are checked for decals, photo-etched and other parts, before they are dispatched.

ii. However, in the exceptional case that a piece is missing, please notify us immediately and send us a copy of the instruction drawing with the missing part(s) marked, together with a copy of your order confirmation.

iii. You may contact us by email (info@kitminiatures.com), by fax (+33 4 42 21 19 88), or by post. Our address is Kit Miniatures, 8 rue de Montigny, 13100 Aix-en-Provence, France.

iv. Please note that only one such request per order can be accepted by Kit Miniatures.

v. If we are unable to replace the missing part(s), you may then return the kit to us, in its original condition and original packaging, with a copy of the order confirmation, to the following address: Kit Miniatures, 8 rue de Montigny, 13100 Aix-en-Provence, France. You must return your package by registered post.

vi. On satisfactory receipt of the returned goods by Kit Miniatures, you will be refunded the cost of the goods, plus delivery costs, within thirty (30) days. The sums will be refunded by the same means that the original payment was received by Kit Miniatures.

For those kits marked on the website as being ‘NO LONGER MANUFACTURED’, such as AMR, C.C.C., Le Phoenix etc. we check all kits thoroughly for any missing parts. Therefore no return or reimbursement will be possible.
