RIGHT OF RETRACTION

Under European Union law you have an initial period of fourteen (14) days, starting on the day after your order is delivered, to notify us that you wish to make a return without justification.

Online Orders

Registered accounts - if you wish to return one or more items of your order, please go to the Order History section of your customer Account and click on the reference of the order you wish to return.  

Scroll down, and then check the box(es) next to the article(s) to be returned.  Please then give the reason for the return in the space provided. When ready, click the button "Request a Return".  We shall contact you by email within two (2) working days with a confirmation of your return and information about how to proceed.

When your return has been confirmed by Kit Miniatures, go to the Merchandise Returns section of your Account and print a copy of the Order Return note and return the articles to us by post within fourteen (14) days.  Be sure to include a copy of the Order Return note in the package.  Please scroll down this page for information about return shipping costs. 

Guest accounts - please contact us using the Contact Form or by telephone (+33 (0)4 91 33 72 76) to tell us that you are returning one or more items of your order and the reason for the return. We shall then confirm the procedure to follow, after which you will have a period of fourteen (14) days to send us your return.  

Return shipping costs - the cost of returning the goods to us is at your expense.  The only exception is if an item is faulty, or if Kit Miniatures has made an error when sending you your order, in which case the cost of returning the goods to us will be at the expense of Kit Miniatures, and we shall send you a pre-paid Return Shipping Label with instructions on how to proceed with the return shipment.

Telephone and Email Orders

Please contact us using the Contact Form or by telephone (+33 (0)4 91 33 72 76) to tell us that you are returning one or more items of your order and the reason for the return. We shall then confirm the procedure to follow, after which you will have a period of fourteen (14) days to send us your return.

All Orders

All goods must be returned in their original condition and in their original packaging, unused and without damage.

The return package should be sent to the following address:

Kit Miniatures, 8 chemin de Raguse, 13013 Marseille, France.

When returning your order, you must ensure that the package is fully insured by your postal service and that it will be signed for on receipt.

On satisfactory receipt of the returned goods by Kit Miniatures, you will be notified by email (if applicable).  If all the above conditions have been met, we shall then reimburse you for the returned goods and the original delivery costs, within fourteen (14) working days.  In the event of a partial return of an order containing multiple items, the original delivery costs will not be reimbursed. 

The sums will be refunded by the same means that the original payment was received by Kit Miniatures.

Return shipping costs - the cost of returning the goods to us is at your expense.  The only exception is if an item is faulty, or if Kit Miniatures has made an error when sending you your order, in which case the cost of returning the goods to us will be at the expense of Kit Miniatures, and we shall send you a pre-paid Return Shipping Label with instructions on how to proceed with the return shipment.

OTHER RETURNS

For further details about when we shall accept the return of purchases after the initial fourteen (14) day period, such as if the goods are damaged or faulty, please see our After-Sales Service policy in our Terms and Conditions.

N.B. For those kits marked on the website as being 'NO LONGER MANUFACTURED', such as AMR, BBR, Provence Moulage, Le Phoenix etc. we check all kits thoroughly for any missing or faulty parts, and any anomalies are clearly marked on our website.  Therefore, no return or reimbursement will be possible after the initial fourteen (14) days "Right of Retraction" period if the kit is incomplete.
